"We always felt that you were protecting our interest and driving hard to make the deal best for us. This extra effort required a considerable amount of time, but it worked for us and saved us money. Greg, we know you always deliver what you promise."

Mike Bosworth, Senior VP

"The entire Planar team was very comfortable working in partnership with you the past twelve years on over 300,000 square feet of transactions. I certainly view you as an extension of Planar and value your advice & expertise on all our real estate projects."

Jack Ehren, Treasurer

"You took the time to understand our needs and presented for consideration only those properties that matched our requirements. Then you took care of all the details, analysis and negotiations. I appreciated the fact that you kept me informed of all-important issues, but protected me from a lot of time consuming details."

Why Tenant Rep?

Our business is dedicated to serving the needs of tenants & buyers of corporate real estate.

Landlords usually have an exclusive agent or professional representing their interests; Tenants need representation aligned with their objectives.

Helps the Tenant clarify objectives, define space requirements and implement an effective strategy.

Market Knowledge

Successful negotiations are based on leveraging current market conditions. Knowing how to use the outside market is how we add value to our clients.

The Tenant saves valuable time and money by minimizing distractions from their core business.

Protects the privacy of the Tenant by serving as a buffer between other real estate brokers. This avoids interruptions and redundant conversations.

The lease or purchase objectives and strategy are completely confidential. The information released to the marketplace is controlled and postured.

Assist Tenant in selecting property, evaluate building components, provide financial analysis of alternatives, negotiate optimum legal, business and economic points, follow-up from construction to move-in, and help resolve any ongoing Tenant occupancy issues.
